HIS EYES™ is working to restore hope and dignity to those experiencing homelessness by providing funds to carefully vetted organizations that provide immediate care, essential resources, and community, directly impacting the areas served by In-N-Out Burger®.
Our Goals
Housing Solutions
Everyone needs a place to call home. For those in need, housing provides safety, security, and relief to move beyond survival mode and start building a solid life. While four walls alone won’t solve homelessness, we believe genuine life transformation happens when housing is partnered with community, support, and opportunity.
Emergency Relief
It’s hard to experience hope when you’re hungry, cold, or in pain. At HIS EYES, we know how important it is to meet a person’s immediate needs with acts of compassion that can build a bridge toward hope and healing. The first step is showing a person that they are seen. Emergency relief opens the door to trust, restoration, and long-term solutions.
Employment Programs
Stability, purpose, and dignity are essential components of recovery from homelessness, but for many, barriers such as a lack of ID, work history, or unresolved trauma can make employment nearly impossible. Programs that provide mentorship, training, and wrap around support help restore confidence, purpose, and self-respect that comes from meaningful employment.
Gospel Centered Hope
We believe that a person is not a problem to solve. All people are loved by God, and need to be seen the way HE sees them. Those living on the streets are often overlooked and forgotten. God’s love is our greatest resource, offering hope to those in need. Our priority is for everyone without permanent housing to know they are seen and loved, and that restoration and hope are within reach.
Advocacy
One of the most compassionate things we can do is speak up and advocate for people who are experiencing homelessness. By amplifying the voices of those who have experienced homelessness and championing sustainable solutions to the root causes, we replace judgment with understanding, fear with empathy, and frustration with action.
Building Solid Lives
Every person’s story matters. By listening and sharing the voices of those experiencing homelessness, we honor their dignity, build empathy, and inspire real change.
